You would like to return your order to us? Please contact us at info@lahylabikes.com in case of a return. We offer free returns for bikes, apparel (unworn), small parts and accessories within Canada.

All returns must FIRST be approved prior to sending any items back to us. Items must NOT be returned for a refund without a return authorization number. A prepaid shipping label may be provided with the Return Authorization Number on a case by case basis.

The cost of returning complete bikes and frames, as well as returning orders from abroad in general, must be paid by the buyer.

• Bikes purchased at lahylabikes.com may be returned for up to 30 days IF they are in brand new condition, in their original packaging.
• Returns not in brand new unworn condition will not be accepted and returned to the sender at their expenses.
• Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility.
• Before initiating a refund, consumer have to write to info@lahylabikes.com to obtain a Return authorisation number (‘RAN’)
• ‘RAN’ should be written clearly on your parcel

Online to Offline Orders

Lahyla bikes that have been purchased online through lahylabikes.com and fulfilled through a retailer, are subject to the retailer’s return policy. Any returns the dealer chooses to accept are at the dealer’s individual discretion consistent with their normal store return policies. Lahyla Bikes has the ability to initiate refunds on the consumer’s behalf and can only do so prior to the order being shipped. After order has been shipped to your chosen retailer, the order is treated as if they have placed a special order with Lahyla on your behalf, and their store return policy applies.

Accessories and Soft goods

• Items purchased at lahylabikes.com may be returned for up to 30 days if they are in brand new condition, unworn, and with hang tags attached.
• Item(s) must arrive at Lahyla bikes within the 30-day period.
• Returns not in brand new unworn condition will not be accepted.
• Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility.
• Items received as a gift must be returned by the original purchaser.
• Returns not in brand new unworn condition will not be accepted and returned to the sender at their expenses.

Final sales

• For hygienic reasons, all clothing and apparel are final sales
• All clearance items are final sales
